Amigurumi Anne Shirley Free Pattern
Hi everyone! today we are going to crochet Anne Shirley inspired by the Netflix series
SKILLS YOU NEED:
– Magic ring, chains, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, increase, invisible decrease, front loop only, back loop only, slip stitch
– How to change yarn color
– Basic sewing and embroidery skills
– How to join parts
SIZE: 27 cm tall using similar yarn
MATERIALES:
– Hook N° 4 mm
– Worsted weight acrylic yarn #4

– White / 30g. approx.
– Brown / 15g. approx.

– Green / 15g. approx.
– Rust color yarn / 25g. approx.
– Leftovers of Sports Weight yarn in black, red, white
– 2 (12 mm) safety eyes in black or blue
– Pencil or brown pen to paint the little freckles
– Yarn needle
– Stitch marker
– Scissors

– Fiberfill or stuffing of choice
ABBREVIATIONS:

– If you normally crochet loosely, you may want to use a smaller hook size to tighten your stitches up.

CHANGE TO LIGHT BROWN
Rnd 6-12.- 1 sc in each stitch around (9)
Rnd 13.- inv dec, 7 sc (8)
Stuff firmly.
Rnd 14.- fold the arm and make 3 sc, both sides together to close.
Fasten off and make another one.
LEGS
MAKE 2 WITH DARK BROWN
Rnd 1.- Start 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
Rnd 2.- inc in each stitch around (12)
Rnd 3.- *1 sc, inc* rep 6 times (18)
Rnd 4.- *2 sc, inc* rep 6 times (24)
Rnd 5.- BLO 1 sc in each stitch around (24)

Make a second leg, DO NOT cut the yarn at the end.
BODY
Second leg make 6 sc and chain 3, now join the legs, count 3 sc of the first leg. see picture # 3, place your stitch marker in the first sc.

EARS
MAKE 2 COLOR SKIN YARN
1.- 5 sc in a magic ring (5)
We close it in half to form an ear, we make 1 chain and cut leaving a long thread.
– Sew ears between rounds 43 to 41
– With 6 stitches apart between the eye and the ear.
HAIR
RUST COLOR YARN
Rnd 1.- Start 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
Rnd 2.- inc in each stitch around (12)
Rnd 3.- inc in each stitch around (24)
Rnd 4.- * 3 sc, inc * rep 6 times (30)
Make 31 chains, start in the 2nd chain from the hook and make 15 sc, 14 dc and 1 hdc. skip 1 stitch and make a sl st in the next st. Repeat the same steps until you have 3 strands of hair.
Make 20 chains, start in the 3rd chain from the hook and make 17 dc and 1 hdc. skip 1 stitch and make a sl st in the next st. Repeat the same steps until you have 6 strands of hair.
Make 31 chains, start in the 2nd chain from the hook and make 15 sc, 14 dc and 1 hdc. skip 1 stitch and
make a sl st in the next st. Repeat the same steps until you have 3 strands of hair.
Make 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 sl st, 1 hdc, 1 sc and sl st in the next st. Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.
– With pins we arrange the hair in the upper part of the head between rounds 49 and 50 with the
long strands on the sides, with our yarn needle sew the top.
– Pin the bottom row of hair equally, sew the bottom hair covering all spaces.
– With our yarn needle and rust color yarn, sew the edges of the hair
– With the long strands of hair, we make the braids on the sides and sew them with rust color yarn
With a brown pencil or pen, we paint some small freckles
HAT
DARK BROWN
Rnd 1.- Start 8 sc in a magic ring (8)

BROWN YARN
We are going to work an oval spiral with single crochets.
Make 7 sc, start in the 2nd chain from the hook
Rnd 1.- 1 inc, 4 sc, 4 sc in the last chain, turn and make 4 sc, 1 inc in the last chain (16)
Rnd 2.- 1 inc, 1 inc, 5 sc, 1 inc, 1 inc, 1 inc, 5 sc, 1 inc (22)
Rnd 3 – 6.- sc in each stitch around (22)
Rnd 7.- * 2 sc, inv dec* rep 5 times, 2 sc (17)
Rnd 8.- * 1 sc, inv dec* rep 5 times, 2 sc (12)
Rnd 9.- 1 inv dec, stuff firmly, and leave a long tail for sewing and close the last round.
Leave a long strand of yarn and make 8 chains, leave a long tail for sewing.
We sew the handle to the bag.
CROWN OF FLOWERS
GREEN YARN
Make 65 chains start in the 2nd chain from the hook.
1.- Make 4 sl sts. 3 chains, sl st in the first chain, skip 1 chain and make 4 sl sts.
Make 3 chains, sl st in the first chain, skip 1 chain and make 4 sl sts. We repeat the sequence around the chains.
We join forming a circle with a slip stitch in the first slip stitch, fasten off and hide the ends.

LITTLE FLOWERS
Make 4 in yellow, 4 whites and 2 purple
1.- In a magic ring make 2 chains, 1 dc and 1 slip stitch, rep 3 times.
We close the ring and cut leaving a long thread, with our yarn needle we pass the long thread through the middle to sew the flower to the crown.
BIG FLOWER
PURPLE YARN
1.- In a magic ring make 2 chains, 2 dc, and 1 slip stitch, rep 5 times.
We close the ring and cut leaving a long thread, with our yarn needle we pass the long thread through the middle to sew the flower to the crown.
