Tie two parts in this way.

After the green parts of the eyes are sewn, we insert the squirrels with eyes inside, while we drag the left threads into the base of the head and tie them together. The whites of the eyes can be fixed with instant glue by dropping it on the side parts of the parts.

We start knitting with fingers, we knit four fingers for each hand, we do not cut the thread at the fourth.
