Amigurumi New Year Tree Free Pattern

Necessary materials:

1. Basic green yarn – any of your choice 20 gr. You can take both fluffy and smooth.

2. Fine yarn for decorative embroidery – red, white and green

3. A hook that matches your yarn

4. For decoration – buttons, beads

5. Holofiber for stuffing

6. Stick for the tree trunk

7. Some red yarn of the same thickness as the tree and white fluffy for the cap.

Legend:

MR – amigurumi ring

CH – air loop

SC – single crochet

İNC – increase (knit 2 SC in 1 loop of the previous row)

DEC – decrease (knit 2 SC together at one time)

(…) * – knit a certain number of times

DC – double crochet

The toy is knitted in a spiral for both sides of the loop, unless indicated other.

For ease of use, use a marker or contrasting thread to mark the start of the row.

1st row: 5 SC (5)

Place a marker for the beginning of the row.

2nd row: İNC, 4 SC (6)

Fill the bottom tier tightly.

Insert a stick for the tree trunk.

To prevent the stick from jumping out, you can lightly smear it with glue

51 row: 8 DEC (8)

Cut the thread. Add filler if necessary, pull the remaining loops tightly around the tree trunk.

Fasten and hide the thread.

We will tie the frills.

The yarn should be taken 2 times thinner than the main one.

I knitted my Christmas tree from Jeans YarnArt yarn, divided it in half for frills.

Attach thread in row 13.

We knit for the remaining half loops:

in the first loop – 3 CH, 3 DC, then 4 DC in each loop.

Tie the other two frills in the same way. You can knit the ruffles in any other way you want. They can be longer or more airy.

Now it remains only to decorate the Christmas tree.

Give free rein to your imagination, use beads, buttons.

Make the embroidery.

For the crown, you can knit a New Year’s cap.
